Healthywork Ltd, set up by Alison Biggs offers the services of State Registered Occupational Therapists, specialising in Occupational Health and Work Rehabilitation in relation to medical issues or work related ill health issues.


We provide workplace assessment, rehabilitation advice and return-to-work programmes tailored to the needs of individual employees. Health issues and work tasks analysed in order for them to be performed in a more healthy and ergonomically efficient manner. Individuals can then return to the workplace or remain in the workplace, work with greater ease and independence, maximising productivity with risk of injury minimised. Also with sick pay and recruitment costs minimised resulting in better sickness absence management.


Healthywork Ltd is based near Watford, Hemel Hempstead and St Albans in Hertfordshire just north of London. We are able to offer the skills of experienced therapists located across the country. We use an evidence based best practice approach, exceeding the requirements of current health and safety regulations. We cover Central London, Greater London including Middlesex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk. The East Midlands region such as Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Rutland, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire and the West Midlands region such Warwickshire and Birmingham. Also northern areas such as Yorkshire and cities such as Manchester and Leeds.
